The new mayor of New York City Eric Adams and the new NYCDOE Chancellor David Banks visited us on Monday, January 3, 2022 to greet scholars as they returned from winter break. The mayor and chancellor discussed the health and safety protocols the city has put in place to keep our school communities safe and our schools open.
During their time here they met many of our wonderful scholars, families and staff, participated in Start BIG, stopped by at breakfast and visited our engaging classrooms.
We thank the mayor and chancellor for their visit, and invite them to return anytime!
